Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Auto-Bisou ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Auto-Bisou is an automated email reply service. It reads incoming emails from contacts you designate, generates reply drafts using AI, and sends replies on your behalf according to your settings. The Service requires access to your email account via OAuth or app-specific passwords.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Auto-Bisou, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and email credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk emails.
  • Harass, threaten, or send abusive content to any person.
  • Impersonate someone without their knowledge or consent.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any commercial or marketing purpose beyond personal email correspondence.

The Service is designed for personal use — keeping in touch with family and friends. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Email Access and Consent

By connecting your email account, you:

  • Authorize Auto-Bisou to read incoming emails from your tracked contacts.
  • Authorize Auto-Bisou to send emails on your behalf, either after your approval or automatically based on your settings.
  • Acknowledge that AI-generated replies are sent from your email address and you are responsible for their content.
  • Understand that you should review drafts before sending, especially when using approve-first mode.

AI-Generated Content

  • Replies are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or reflect what you would personally write.
  • You are solely responsible for any emails sent from your account, including those generated and sent automatically.
  • We recommend using approve-first mode and reviewing drafts before sending.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of generated content.

Subscriptions and Payment

  • Auto-Bisou offers a free 14-day trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are owed a refund.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., email provider outages).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto-Bisou and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Emails sent with incorrect, inappropriate, or unintended content.
  • Missed or delayed replies.
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
  • Interruptions in service availability.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time. All your data will be permanently removed.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
  • Upon termination, your credentials are immediately revoked and all stored data is deleted.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
